Opportunities To Serve
Livestream Producer
Help bring our services to people online by managing the livestream each week. As a livestream producer, you'll run camera switching, sermon slides, graphics, and ensure the livestream runs smoothly from start to finish. No advanced tech knowledge required — just an eye for detail and willingness to learn.
Time Commitment: Currently looking for someone who can help on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (approx. 1.5–2 hours)
Congregational Pianist
Support our worship through music by playing piano for congregational singing. You'll work alongside our song leader to guide the church in worship. A great opportunity for those with musical skill who want to make a meaningful impact.
Time Commitment: Currently looking for someone willing to pay up to 2–3 Wednesdays per month.
Song Leader
Lead the congregation in singing during our services. You'll help set the tone for worship by guiding our church through songs with energy and clarity. Ideal for someone confident in front of people and comfortable leading musically. (Men only)
Time Commitment: 1-2 services a week (Sundays and/or Wednesdays)
Lawn Care & Seasonal Groundskeeping
Help keep our church property looking clean and welcoming. This role includes mowing, trimming, weeding in spring and summer, and snow removal/salting in the winter months. There's also occasional cleanup of outdoor garbage. Equipment provided - just bring your energy!
Time Commitment: Up to once a week (or as needed, seasonally)
Social Media Creative
This role has been filled!
Help us stay connected with our community and beyond. This role involves creating engaging content for our social media channels, posting updates, and responding to comments or questions. Great for someone who enjoys storytelling and communication.
Tech Maintainer
Make sure everything is ready to go for our services. This role includes checking and setting up our sound system, livestream, classroom TVs, and other tech systems. Perfect for someone dependable with basic tech skills who enjoys making things run smoothly. Training is provided.
Time Commitment: Approx. half an hour before and after the first and last service on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.
Graphic Designer
Use your creativity to design visual content that supports church events and communication. You'll create graphics for social media, livestream, sermon slides, church website, print documents, and more. We’ll provide the vision - you help make it shine.
Time Commitment: Up to 2-4 hours per week
Website Developer
Keep our website up to date by adding new pages, updating event info, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re comfortable working with our preferred website builder, Squarespace, this is a flexible way to serve behind the scenes.
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week (varies based on ministry season)
Photographer and Videographer
Capture moments during services and events to help tell the story of what God is doing at Cornerstone. Great for anyone with a camera and a creative eye.
Time Commitment: Flexible, depending on events and services
Event Setup & Cleanup
Help with tables, chairs, food setup, signage, and cleanup for special events, church meals, or seasonal services. Good for dependable, detail-oriented folks who like behind-the-scenes work.
Time Commitment: As needed for events
Van Ministry Driver
Be a vital connection for those who need a ride to church. As a van driver, you’ll use our 15-passenger church van (no special license needed) to pick up individuals before the Sunday morning service and drop them off after the evening service. You’ll help make church accessible for everyone - all while enjoying good conversations along the way.
Time Commitment: Sundays, approx. 8:00-9:00 AM and as late as 5:30-7:30 PM.
Meal Ministry
Join a rotation of people who prepare and/or deliver meals for church members in need (e.g. after surgery, during illness, new baby, etc.).
Time Commitment: Occasional, when needs arise
Not currently a ministry, but definitely a need!
